That’s because a new study found talking while trying to navigate a left-hand turn overloads your brain more than any other driving maneuver! And it limits your ability to process oncoming traffic, lights, pedestrians, and bicyclists. So if you’re talking and driving, tell your friend to hang on when you’re turning left. That way, you can use 100% of your brain.
