Iced tea or hot tea?

Is one healthier than the other? Yes! Dr. Jeffrey Blumberg, antioxidant researcher at Tufts University, says tea’s healthy benefits come from its flavonoids. And HOT tea generally has the most because heat unlocks the compounds. But when you add ice, it dilutes the flavonoids and weakens the health benefits.
