Here’s the difference between weighing yourself daily - and weighing yourself once a week.

Those who weighed themselves every day LOST 1.1 pounds in that same year - without changing any of their habits. It works because you can address any weight changes before they snowball. So put your scale right by your shower. That way you can step on it right before you get in - and you won’t forget to weigh yourself every day.
