Here’s a quick trick for killing a craving:

Visualize the ingredients in it! For example, if you want to avoid sugary soda, visualize 10-cubes of sugar in that one drink. Or, if a candy bar sounds tempting, picture test tubes filled with emulsifiers or preservatives, like tertiary butyl hydroquinone. According to Dr. Mehmet Oz, when we SEE what we’re considering consuming, we’re much less likely to want it.
