Fighting with your partner can make you gain weight!

A University of Delaware study found couples whose arguments became hostile had higher levels of hunger hormones. And the more aggressive couples were, the more likely they were to eat foods high in calories, sodium, and bad-for-you fats, compared to couples whose arguments got less heated. So the key to weight loss could be a couple’s counselor. You’ll figure out how to have more constructive communication, and your fighting AND hunger hormones will be less likely to spiral out-of-control.
