According to Yale University research, playing board games like Scrabble or Monopoly burns calories (but don't eat any snacks while playing)… 20% more calories than watching TV. So playing just two one-hour games a week can help you lose weight - and reduce your risk of Type 2 diabetes. In fact, the Yale research says it can cut the risk of Type 2 diabetes by 15%!
