A little worrying can be good?

It’s a good thing to worry - at least a little bit. That’s according to a study at the University of California. The reason? Because worrying motivates us to make healthier choices, like exercising more, eating healthier, and wearing sunscreen every day - rain or shine. Worrying also prepares us for negative outcomes. And when the worst doesn’t come to pass, the relief we feel triggers production of serotonin, which gives our happiness a boost. So a little bit of worry is good!
