Now, if you moved in with a vegan, whose favorite foods are broccoli and tofu, you probably don’t have an issue with dietary convergence… because your vegan roommate is probably prompting you to eat healthier foods. But nutrition professor Lauren Dinour, at Montclair State University, says, what usually happens is you and your new living partner end up eating worse.
